Since its establishment in 2011, Green Resource Co., Ltd.’s Corporate R&D Center has been developing world-class technologies through research on materials, coating technologies, and coating equipment in the fields of semiconductor and display protective coatings.

Following the successful first localization in 2013 of APS coating materials for dry etching equipment—previously 100% dependent on Japan—the company has continued to achieve significant R&D milestones, including securing ultra-high-density protective coating technology for semiconductors in 2015 and developing IBAD deposition equipment for superconducting wires in 2021.
