ALD
In ALD equipment, thin-film thickness, uniformity, composition, and crystallinity can be precisely controlled by adjusting precursor type and injection time, chamber temperature, reaction and purge times, and the number of deposition cycles. Nanometer-scale thickness control is achievable.
